How to Prepare Your Skin

Cleanse

Begin with clean, dry skin. Remove makeup, SPF, or heavy products that could block light absorption.

Optional skincare

Apply water-based serum (e.g. hyaluronic acid) if desired. Avoid SPF, oils, or occlusives before use.

Mask fit

Place mask comfortably, adjust straps, ensure full coverage.

Post-treatment

You may apply your usual serums or moisturiser after use. Apply SPF if you will be exposed to daylight afterwards.

415 nm Blue — Skin Assist

Best for: Breakouts, oiliness, redness.

Energy: 100% brightness.

Time: 15–20 minutes.

Frequency: 3–5 times per week.

Steps:

  1. Cleanse skin thoroughly.

  2. Use Blue mode at full energy.

  3. Relax for 15–20 minutes.

  4. Follow with calming or hydrating products (avoid harsh actives directly after).

630 nm Red — Collagen Repair

Best for: Fine lines, firmness, dullness.

Energy: 100% brightness.

Time: 20 minutes.

Frequency: 3–5 times per week.

Steps:
